GeoStrike is a classic action shooter being developed in the Godot Engine

You control a Striker Unit, and your employers need you to clean up some robots they left behind to go rogue on a mining colony. You've got the tools, you've got a straight path forward to their controller, but do you have the skills to get the job done?

Interesting game, moving speed and jumping gravity feels like it should be a tad faster but overall it's alright.

Create feeling game! I think this had potential. However I recommend overhauling the sound design for steps and jumping.

this game felt great thanks for making it

there was another game with the same name which was also an fps shooter but it became a porn site and then closed down

lol that's hilarious, the name was suggested by my brother

GeoStrike is also a georgian counter-strike community

This game feels super good. The movement is quite simple but incredibly satisfying. Great work!

I notice that you have it marked that the source code for the game is available. Is this a mistake or am I simply looking in the wrong places?

Very cool! Feels nice to play, I like the aesthetics

Seems like 1.4 download works a little (lot) slower than 1.3? If I had to guess this may be because of Web or something, but Forest Moon is much laggier than it used to, aswell as all the weapons (including punch) freezing a little the first time they're fired.

There seems to be a major shader compilation slowdown in web builds, a quirk of how the engine game renders the game in the browser. I've looked into workarounds, such as pre-instancing every object before the title screen, in order to compile the shaders before gameplay. I should be able to add that later down the line.

Haven't exported new Windows/Linux versions since I switched to web builds. I'll reupload them when I get around to the next update.

This one seems awesome! If it's not too much to ask, could you add support for mouse inversion? I'm afraid I'm a mutant when it comes to FPS games and it's been downloaded into my muscle memory.

Just added inverted mouse look!
